Leni Adriano
Leni practices family law, civil, commercial and estate litigation.
She has been in active practice in British Columbia, Canada since 2011. Her practice focuses on assisting clients in obtaining a cost-effective way of resolving disputes. Usually, this means assisting clients in ways to avoid having to litigate in court. However, when it becomes necessary to litigate, Leni is focused and thorough in working to achieve the client’s goals.
Leni has since expanded her practice to include corporate matters and works alongside a team of experienced paralegals.
Before practicing law in Canada, Leni practiced in the Philippines. Leni remains a lawyer in good standing in the Philippines and is qualified to advise on Philippine wills, estates, property, family, and civil law issues. She is fluent in English and Tagalog.
Leni can help with: claiming child support, claiming or contesting spousal support, parenting issues, property division, divorce proceedings, drafting and negotiating cohabitation and marriage agreements.
